Micro, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play an important role in supporting the national economy. However, many UMKM still face challenges in operational management due to the absence of well-documented work systems. This issue is also experienced by D'Juss UMKM, which plans to expand its business through the establishment of new branches. This community service program aimed to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as operational guidelines to maintain the consistency of product quality and customer service. The program employed a participatory assistance approach consisting of needs identification, SOP drafting, validation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observations and interviews with the business owner. The results showed that an SOP document was successfully developed, covering raw material preparation, product production, customer service, workplace cleanliness, and daily operational closing procedures. The developed SOPs were considered suitable for the operational needs of D'Juss UMKM and can serve as structured operational guidelines. This program successfully enhanced the readiness of D'Juss UMKM to maintain operational quality and support future business development.
